Coffee House

This is the poster for the May Coffee House. I had a lot of different ideas that I couldn't make work with each other, so I went with the more simple version of what I had. It started with huge diamonds but I thought they looked stupid, so I shrunk them down and made a nice pattern in the background. I realized later on, after I'd already given it to Mrs Guss and was trying to sleep, that the colors probably wouldn't show up very well once it was printed, but I'm still fairly happy with it.
